  • Workshop on Evolving Capacities of the Child Held in Nepal
    Thirty six participants representing various Save the Children organisations, their partners and other NGOs, INGOs, civil society organisations and government representatives in South and Central Asia came together at the Regional Workshop on Evolving Capacities of the Children – Child Development at Kathmandu, Nepal. The workshop was lead by Gerison Lansdown, a child rights expert and author of the pioneer publication – The Evolving Capacities of the Child .

  • New tool for Youth to Review Countries' Progress
    There's a new tool to help youth (aged 15-24 years) evaluate how their country is doing on national youth policy. The hope is that the tool will support youth participation in 2005 when the UN General Assembly reviews achievements on the World Programme of Action for Youth to the Year 2000 and Beyond (WPAY).

The Wayuu Women’s Network and University of Zulia Indigenous Children’s Education Project - Venezuela
