IICRD's Dr. Stuart Hart will be speaking at a conference held by The International Society for Prevention of Child Abuse and Neglect (ISPCAN).
Dr. Hart will be speaking as part of the 24th Annual San Diego International Conference On Child and Family Maltreatment hosted by the Chadwick Center for Children and Families. His involvement will be on "The Need For A General Comment For Article 19 of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child - Towards Enlightenment and Opportunity".
