CPP welcomes Ms. Jamnan Panpatama who joined IICRD in February 2010 as the CPP Southeast Asia Project Manager.
Jamnan previously worked with child development organizations namely Christian Children Funds and Save the Children-Norway in Thailand as a program officer. She also worked for a CIDA-funded women development program in addition to her extensive experience in the private sector.
For about 8 years, Jamnan worked with the Danish International Development Assistance (DANIDA) as the Development Cooperation Officer and more than 7 years with the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime in Bangkok as an Interagency and NGO Cooperation Officer. She has experience in project management and administration for projects in assisting children and youth including victims of human trafficking. She also has experience in the establishment of partnerships, external relations and handling advocacy and public awareness campaigns on drug prevention among children and young people. Jamnan has a Master of Arts in Mass Communication with an emphasis on Developmental Communication from the Faculty of Journalism and Mass Communications at Thammasat University in Thailand where she wrote a thesis on the role of Thai newspapers on the rights of children.
