The Child Protection Partnership (CPP) applied IICRD's child rights approach, the Circle of Rights, to work in partnership with children to better understand the risks and opportunities that information and communication technology (ICT) pose to children, and create innovative inter-sectoral solutions. This report documents how CPP used the Circle of Rights process with CPP partners in Thailand in 2009-2010 in three Thai communities to create positive ICT child protection changes in children’s lives.
