Wendy Rowe


Dr. Wendy Rowe is a professor and the program head for the Master of Arts in Global Leadership at Royal Roads University.  She has engaged in work on strategic partnerships and community engagement within the United States and Canada, as well as international locations such as Kenya; Ecuador; the Dominican Republic; India; New Zealand and Australia.  She writes about and engages in action research as a means to facilitate organizational change, and is part of an international research team carrying out a meta-evaluation study on the impact of action research initiatives. Other areas of research interest include thriving and resiliency, stress transformation, leadership thriving, and women’s leadership.
