Dr. Tim Budge is a consultant and development practitioner with a passion for developing ideas about community change. Tim has over 25 years international development experience including director level postings in Zambia and Timor-Leste, senior roles in Australian non-for profit organisations and leadership roles in local advocacy and community development agencies. He holds a PhD focused on community change through Deakin University in Melbourne, Australia.
He is passionate about communities and the not-for-profit sector and is on the Board of the disability development organisation CBM Australia as well as CBM International, where he chairs the Supervisory Assembly’s development committee.
