Brigitta Davidson is completing a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Cultural Anthropology and minoring in Business with the University of Victoria. She hopes that her experience as a camp councillor as well as her understanding of cultural diversity will help her communicate with and relate to the children she will be working with. She is excited to be able to engage in community-focused learning and to help elevate the voices of the children local to her city. Brigitta believes that a safe and nurturing world where children’s voices are heard and considered by decision-makers is achievable and important. Brigitta is a believer in holistic community. There is a richness to the multi-generational exchange of ideas and sharing of life. She is excited to work alongside the IICRD in furthering that richness.
