Response Able Paths to Growth© is a three day skills based training facilitated by IICRD Associate Lesley du Toit, MSc. focused on Restorative Practice with Young People.
Learn how to use a relational strategy to respond rather than react to challenging behaviours and restore pathways of growth for young people.
You will be introduced to the use of solution-focused approaches, the role of hope in young lives as well as behavioural responses to toxic stress and describe how toxic stress changes the stress-response system and how we can create contexts of care that support the safety and wellbeing of all.
